Health Risks and what to do

Covid-19

Many, if not all, know that this shelter and place is occurring due to a novel coronavirus called Covid-19. Covid-19 is a highly infectious respiratory disease that can be life-threatening to many.

To protect yourself and others that are vulnerable, here are some simple tips that will improve conditions for all:

              - Wash your hands for AT LEAST 20 seconds. A good way to achieve this time is by singing happy birthday slowly twice. Make sure to scrub your knuckles, in between your fingers and thumbs as these rarely get cleaned.

              - If you don't know if you are infected, wear a mask when you go out. Since Covid-19 shows no symptoms for 2 weeks, you can easily infect a lot of people during the incubation period.

              -   Self-quarantine for the good of the general public. Just because you're feeling fine right now doesn't mean you can go out, get infected, and infect other people.
